My name is Margaret Barbi and I hold a degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Bologna, Italy.
After working in companies and gaining first-hand experience of businesses in the wine, food, textile and transport sectors, I became an independent translator.
My working languages are Italian, English, Spanish and Russian. I translate and revise texts, articles, manuals, websites, books and subtitles for companies, translation agencies and private clients.
I work with trusted native-speaking translators to offer a wider range of language combinations. I use several CAT tools, including Trados Studio, to support accuracy and terminological consistency.
I work carefully, pay close attention to detail and manage each project with the aim of meeting the agreed deadlines.
